Ab. Jenny Baquerizo Jara de Camacho

Jenny Baquerizo Jara graduated as a lawyer, Summa Cum Laude, from Guayaquil’s Catholic University in 2000. Since then, she has focused her professional practice on the representation of domestic and foreign companies in various types of judicial disputes, including litigations before the Supreme Court.

She has also specialized in providing counsel to insurance and fishing companies. She has assisted and represented clients in negotiations; participated in company mergers and acquisitions, and provided legal advice to companies in the preparation of civil and commercial contracts.
