Ab. Juan Fernando Noboa Baquerizo, LL. M.
Juan Fernando Noboa B. was awarded a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) by Georgetown University Law School (Washington, DC) in 2005; and in 2000 he graduated as a lawyer, Summa Cum Laude, from the Catholic University of Guayaquil. Currently he provides legal advice to corporations in general, especially with respect to international businesses, and teaches law in the Catholic University of Guayaquil. He has had the opportunity of collaborating in the development of projects for the modernization of public services and litigating in judicial proceedings. In his legal practice, he has worked for NGOs with social objectives. During his time in Washington DC, he also served an internship at the World Bank, where he worked in the development and execution of projects aimed at promoting legal and judicial reforms in Latin America. He focused his Master’s work primarily on international transactions and development law. Languages
