Dr. Ricardo Noboa Bejarano
The founder of this law firm, Ricardo Noboa Bejarano provides legal counsel to businesses in their domestic and international enterprises, represents clients in lawsuits and out-of-court conflicts, and occupies a university chair. A lawyer since 1977, Ricardo Noboa has served his country holding office at public institutions, notably: Representative to the National Assembly; Senator to the National Congress; Minister of Industries, Trade, Integration and Fishing; President of the National Modernization Board (CONAM); city councilor of Guayaquil; and Undersecretary of Fishing Resources. Ricardo Noboa has also been a columnist for prestigious domestic and foreign newspapers and has authored articles for legal journals. He has also published two books: “En Busca de una Esperanza” [“In Search of Hope”], about the Constituent Assembly of 1997 and the Constitution of 1998, and “El País del No” [“The Country that Said No”], about the modernization process of the Ecuadorean government. Currently Doctor Noboa Bejarano is a professor of the School of Law at Universidad Católica de Guayaquil, where he teaches Civil Law – Contracts. Languages
